Woody Allen to Release Debut Novel

Director Woody Allen is set to make his debut in fiction. The creator of «Annie Hall» will present his book «What’s With Baum?» this September.
The novel's plot revolves around the hapless writer Asher Baum who, amidst personal and professional misfortunes, decides to kiss a journalist interviewing him. Soon after, Baum finds himself in the epicenter of chaos.
In 2020, Allen released his memoirs «Apropos of Nothing». The director’s latest feature film, the French dramedy «Coup de chance», was released in autumn 2023.
