  • Engage in relaxation. Relaxation techniques, such as breathing exercises, meditation or yoga, will help relieve tension and restore contact with your own emotions.

The inability to cry is not a weakness or a flaw, but a signal about the need to take care of your emotional state. Learn to listen to yourself, create space for feelings and don't be afraid to seek help from specialists if needed. Tears are not just emotions, but a key to healing the soul.
