Stray Kids Drop Mixtape «Dominate»

«Dominate»: Stray Kids’ First Big Release of 2025

Stray Kids have kicked off 2025 with a bang, releasing their mixtape «Dominate»—their first major project of the year. The five-track collection includes a Korean rendition of «Giant», the standout title from their 2024 Japanese album.
The rest of «Dominate» spotlights the group’s eight members in pairs: Changbin and I.N heat up «Burnin’ Tires», Han and Felix take on «Truman», Bang Chan and Hyunjin craft «Escape», while Lee Know and Seungmin shine in «Cinema». Every member gets a moment to stand out.

Currently on tour, Stray Kids are enjoying a brief breather. They rocked Hong Kong on January 18 and 19, with Santiago, Chile, next on March 27 and 28. The Latin American leg will roll on, followed by stops in the US, Canada, and Europe, wrapping up with a grand finale in Rome on August 30.

Mid-March saw Stray Kids shatter records in the US charts, with five of their albums earning gold status—a first for any K-pop act. Their latest gold-certified release, «Hop», dropped in December 2024, topping the Billboard 200 and selling 2 million copies in South Korea. Earlier in 2024, they delivered the mini-album «Ate», the Japanese album «Giant», and the track «Slash» for the «Deadpool & Wolverine» soundtrack. Fittingly, Deadpool and Wolverine themselves—aka Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman—popped up in the «Chk Chk Boom» music video.

In 2024, Stray Kids clinched fifth place on the IFPI’s list of the year’s top artists, while «Ate» landed tenth among the most popular albums, cementing their global rise.
