Ariana Grande has gifted fans with a deluxe version of her 2024 album «Eternal Sunshine», titled «Eternal Sunshine Deluxe: Brighter Days Ahead». This expanded release brings five fresh tracks to the table: «Twilight Zone», «Warm», «Dandelion», «Past Life», and «Hampstead», alongside an extended take on «Intro (End of the World)».
Grande penned the lyrics for all five new songs herself. She teamed up with Max Martin and Ilya for the music, except for «Warm», which she crafted with Martin and Oscar Görres.

To accompany the deluxe drop, Grande unveiled a short film, «Brighter Days Ahead». She co-directed it with Christian Breslauer, the creative mind behind her videos for «Yes, And?» and «We Can’t Be Friends (Wait for Your Love)». In a nod to the latter, the film sees Grande slipping back into the skin of Peaches, a character from that earlier clip.

Lately, Grande’s heart seems to lean more toward the silver screen. In November 2024, she lit up theaters as Glinda, the good witch, in «Wicked: Part One», a film adaptation of the beloved Broadway musical «Wicked». Her performance earned her nominations for the 2025 Oscars and Golden Globes. The saga continues with «Wicked: Forever», the second installment, slated for release on November 21, 2025. Even in film, music remains her companion—she sings plenty as part of her role.

Not long ago, Billboard rolled out its list of the 21st century’s most successful female artists. Grande landed at number eight, outshining Miley Cyrus, Billie Eilish, and even Britney Spears. Topping the chart, as many predicted, was Taylor Swift.
