Nzondi - Bound for the Floor

Nzondi's new album ‘Eclectic Euphoria’ dishes out a variety of musical flavors including a reggaeton-fueled cover of Madonna's classic "La Isla Bonita" that’s playing on many of the major Indie radio stations and a bonus dance track appropriately called "Just Dance".

Nzondi also covers Local H’s song “Bound for the Floor”; one of the first singles from his debut album that’s OUT NOW!

Nzondi is an award-winning science fiction/horror author, a music producer and songwriter. Named after King Acemandese from Kemet, Africa, Nzondi (Ace Antonio-Hall) was born Acemandese Nzondi Hall in Queens, New York on July 4th. He received his BFA from C. W. Post, Long Island University and taught middle-school English for thirteen years. Author of horror novels, Confessions of Sylva Slasher (2013), Oware Mosaic (2019), and Lipstick Asylum (2021), Nzondi is the first African-American to win the prestigious Bram Stoker Award in a novel category becoming a trailblazer in the literary arts. He is represented by the Creative Edge publicity firm.

Nzondi began writing songs as a way to express his dark emotions after his first wife died five days after they married. He cites that his musical influences come from the Stooges, the Rolling Stones, Stone Temple Pilots, Blink-182, Prince and Seattle-bred bands Soundgarden, Nirvana and the Jimi Hendrix Experience. His new album Eclectic Euphoria, is a blend of hard rock, alternative, punk and funk.

Currently, Nzondi and a Hollywood Production company have been in the works to develop a TV science fiction-fantasy Series based on his Bram Stoker Award-winning novel, Oware Mosaic.
