JOKE LANZ - Zungsang
Joke Lanz’ Zungsang is a rework of the limited edition C-30 cassette which was released in 2021 by French label Vice de Forme.
The remastered LP comes with 4 extra tracks and a brand new artwork by Pole Ka.

The album is dedicated to Adolf Wölfli (1864-1930), the Swiss art brut artist who spent the last 35 years of his life in a psychiatric hospital in Bern Switzerland. Zungsang is a hallucinating journey through a dark and surreal universe. Joke Lanz’ compositions offer a sharp observation of idiosyncrasies and situations in our society.

Biography
Joke Lanz was born in Basel in 1965 and lives in Berlin since the late 90’s. He is a pioneer of the electronic Independent scene and crossover artist whose work spans improvised and experimental music, noise and turntablism, performance art and musique concrète.
He regularly performs with his band Sudden Infant or in various combinations throughout the improv and noise scene or as a solo artist with voice and electronics.
He’s a member of the internationally renowned Schimpfluch Gruppe alongside of Rudolf Eb.er and Dave Phillips.
