Ols announces "Poświaty" pre-order

Polish artist Ols will release her fifth album on 29 May 2025 via Pagan Records and it is now available for pre-order. 

Anna of Ols said: "Poświaty" ("Afterglows") is an album full of music that draws inspiration from various sources, connected perhaps only by dark atmosphere and strong emotions.There you will find classic acoustic neofolk (although with a particular twist), mystical journeys through the landscapes of atmospheric post-black, strange tales from the forest interwoven with urban, almost trip-hop hypnosis, and hybrids of dark folk with heavy sounds, seen through a gothic lens and filtered by my specific sensitivity. On "Poświaty" I sew together seemingly incompatible musical realities to create my own patchwork darkness, a melancholic, dark kaleidoscope that draws you into its embrace. From such scraps of darkness, melancholy and nostalgia, collected from music, books, nature and life itself, I create my own peculiar reality that I want to share".

The album will be available in a jewelcase CD format with a 20-page booklet that includes lyrics and translations. Pre-order now.
