Paramount+ has announced the premiere date for Guy Ritchie's highly anticipated series, "MobLand," set to debut in March 2025. This gripping crime drama features a stellar cast, including Tom Hardy, Helen Mirren, and Pierce Brosnan, and delves into the intense conflict between two influential English families.

As reported by Variety, "MobLand" is scheduled to premiere on March 30th, delivering a ten-episode season filled with suspense and drama.

Set against the backdrop of London, "MobLand" centers on the fierce rivalry between two powerful families whose criminal enterprises span the globe. Tom Hardy, known for his roles in "Venom" and other acclaimed films, portrays Harry Da Souza, a loyal fixer tasked with protecting one of the families. Helen Mirren ("The Queen") and Pierce Brosnan (the "James Bond" franchise) take on the roles of Maeve and Conrad Harrigan, the formidable heads of the Harrigan crime family, as they battle for dominance in the underworld. It's speculated that Harry may find himself working for the Harrigans.

The ensemble cast of "MobLand" also includes Joanne Froggatt ("Downton Abbey"), Paddy Considine ("House of the Dragon"), Lara Pulver ("Sherlock"), Anson Boon ("1917"), Mandip Dhillon ("Doctor Who"), Jeff Bell ("His Dark Materials"), Daniel Betts ("The Crown"), Lisa Dwyer ("The Fall"), Emily Barber ("Bridgerton"), and Jasmine Jobson ("Top Boy"). Originally conceived as a spin-off of "Ray Donovan" (2013-2020), the project evolved into an independent series, allowing Guy Ritchie to craft an original and standalone narrative.

Guy Ritchie has been actively involved in television projects, concurrently working on the second season of "The Gentlemen" (2024-present) and the upcoming series "Young Sherlock." In 2025, Ritchie is set to release the films "Fountain of Youth" (pictured above), starring Natalie Portman and John Krasinski, and "The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare," featuring Henry Cavill and Jake Gyllenhaal.
