Donnie Darko director Richard Kelly is set to begin filming his new movie this fall! The cast and plot details are currently being kept secret. Kelly's longtime executive producer, Ted Hamm, is also on board.
Kelly recently announced that he is working on ten different projects. According to him, he has enough written material to last him "a lifetime." Kelly also expressed his readiness to move from the screenwriting phase to the production and directing phase.
It is worth noting that Kelly's filmography currently includes only three films - Donnie Darko, The Box, and Southland Tales. The Box, his last directorial work, premiered in 2009.
