Kevin Spacey has slipped back into the skin of Frank Underwood, the cunning U.S. president from House of Cards, for a surprising new appearance.
The actor lent his iconic character to promote I’m Your Mother, a fresh stand-up comedy special by Tim Dillon, now streaming on Netflix. Spacey’s return to the role comes years after his 2017 exit from House of Cards amid allegations of misconduct by actor Anthony Rapp. Following the controversy, a 2022 court ruling ordered Spacey to pay Netflix $32 million in damages for losses incurred, a sum later reduced to $1 million.
Last year, Spacey resurfaced on screen in the thriller Peter Five Eight, marking a step in his gradual return to acting.
