Hulu has released the official trailer for the sixth season of the gripping drama «The Handmaid’s Tale». The concluding episodes are set to begin airing on April 8.
Adapted from Margaret Atwood’s novel of the same name, «The Handmaid’s Tale» unfolds in a chilling totalitarian future. The former United States has given way to the Republic of Gilead, a regime ruled by religious extremists. In this oppressive world, every woman is bound to bear children for her assigned high-ranking Commander.
The series stars Elisabeth Moss, Yvonne Strahovski, Max Minghella, Ann Dowd, and others. Launched in 2017, it last aired its fifth season in 2022. «The Handmaid’s Tale» boasts an impressive haul, including two Golden Globes and 15 Emmy Awards.
