BIO
Scarset Rebellion is a French extreme metal duo formed by Evil Scar (guitar, composition, mixing) and Kaos (vocals, frontman). Long-time friends and former bandmates in death, punk and hardcore, they reunited after 20 years to merge death metal, grind, prog, industrial, and synthwave into a unique sound. Their music is an outlet, a raw energy to be transformed rather than unleashed into the void.
Working remotely between Bayonne and Bordeaux, they will release their debut album, Flesh Against The Void, on May 16, 2025. Drawing influences from Napalm Death, Fear Factory, Godflesh, and Gojira, Scarset Rebellion crafts a powerful, cathartic, and thought-provoking extreme metal sound, where the aggression of death/thrash collides with the mechanical oppression of industrial metal and dark electronic elements.
