Netflix’s Take
The new adaptation comes from British bestselling author Dolly Alderton and director Euros Lyn (Heartstopper). Slated for six episodes, this Pride and Prejudice vows to stay true to Austen’s text, according to its creators.
Alderton, who clinched a National Book Award for her hit Everything I Know About Love—a witty dive into the relationships and misadventures of a millennial in her 20s—brings a fresh lens.
