The first details of Wes Anderson's upcoming film, titled "The Phoenician Scheme," were unveiled at CinemaCon. The plot revolves around Europe's wealthiest man, who is constantly targeted for assassination. Benicio Del Toro will star in the lead role.
In his signature style, Anderson has assembled an impressive supporting cast, including Michael Cera, Scarlett Johansson, Bill Murray, Bryan Cranston, Benedict Cumberbatch, Riz Ahmed, Tom Hanks, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Jeff Goldblum, Jeffrey Wright, Richard Ayoade, and others.
The global premiere of "The Phoenician Scheme" is scheduled for May 30th.
